Information we collect

• Order details — the items in your cart and any notes you add.
• Contact information — your name and phone number, so we can prepare your order and reach you about it.
• Delivery address — only if you choose delivery, to calculate the delivery fee and deliver your order.
• Payment information — your card details are entered directly with our payment processor, Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.

How we use your information

We use the order and contact information you provide solely to:

• process and prepare your order for pickup or delivery;
• calculate taxes and any delivery fee;
• contact you if there is a question about your order;
• process your payment and help prevent fraud.

We do not sell your information or use it for advertising.

Payments

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Your card information is sent directly to Stripe and is never stored on our servers. Stripe's handling of your data is governed by its own policy at stripe.com/privacy.

How your information is stored

Our online ordering runs on the Charoline ordering platform. Order and customer data is stored on servers located in Canada. We keep order records only as long as needed to operate the restaurant and meet legal and accounting requirements.

Who we share it with

We share your information only as needed to fulfill your order, with:

• the restaurant and its kitchen and delivery staff;
• Stripe, to process your payment;
• service providers that help operate the ordering system, under confidentiality obligations.

Cookies & analytics

We use minimal browser storage to remember the items in your cart as you move between pages. We also use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our site — for example, which pages are popular — so we can improve it. Google Analytics sets cookies and collects usage data such as your device type and approximate (city-level) location. We use it only in aggregate, and we do not use it for advertising or sell your information.

You can opt out by installing Google's browser opt-out add-on, or by blocking cookies in your browser settings. Google's handling of this data is governed by its own policy at policies.google.com/privacy.

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you. Contact us using the details below and we'll respond within a reasonable time.
